1. Standard Pet Pricing:
Our prices are set based on standard-sized pets. If your pet is oversized, we encourage you to engage with our experienced staff for a personalized quote tailored to your furry friend's unique requirements.
2. Additional Charges Awareness:
It's important to note that certain situations may lead to supplementary fees:
Dematting & Detangling Fee:
S$30 per 30 mins*If your pet has extensive matting or tangles in their fur, extra grooming time and care may be necessary.
Deshedding Fee:
S$30 per 30 mins*In cases of extensive undercoat removal or excessive shedding, additional grooming attention may be needed.
Special Handling Fee:
S$50*For pets displaying hyperactivity or aggression during grooming, our professional team may require extra time and care to ensure their safety and comfort.
Flea and Tick Infestation Fee:
S$50*In the case of a flea or tick infestation, an additional fee will be applied for the specialized treatment and thorough cleaning required.
On-Spot Parasite Preventive:
S$15*We also offer an on-spot parasite preventive for an additional $15, ensuring your pet stays protected.
Full Scissoring Cut:
1.5 times the grooming package price*If your pet requires a full scissoring cut, the grooming fee will be adjusted to 1.5 times the standard grooming package price to ensure the meticulous handcrafted finish you desire.
