• Membership in the FUR VIP Paws program is open to all customers of FUR: A VETRESKA Pet Store who meet the specified deposit requirements for each tier.

• Members must be 18 years of age or older.

The deposit amount for each membership tier is as follows:

Tier 1: VIP Paws Ruby Membership - $30,000

Tier 2: VIP Paws Sapphire Membership - $10,000

Tier 3: VIP Paws Gold Membership - $5,000

Tier 4: VIP Paws Silver Membership - $3,000

Tier 5: VIP Paws Bronze Membership - $1,000

• Customers with more than one pet may enroll each pet individually in the program, allowing them to enjoy associated benefits and discounts for each pet separately.

• Membership benefits, including discounts and account credits, are as outlined in the respective tier descriptions.

• Discounts are applicable to grooming services and pet products available at FUR: A VETRESKA Pet Store.

• Account credits can be used for future grooming and retail purchases.

• Account credits earned through membership are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

• Members with multiple pets will have separate accounts and credits for each enrolled pet.

• Members enjoy exclusive access to members-only events and promotions, subject to availability and scheduling.

• Complimentary birthday gifts for each enrolled pet will be provided on their respective birthdays, as specified in the tier descriptions.

• Members may request the cancellation of their membership at any time by submitting a written request.

• Refund eligibility is subject to the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be made within the first 30 days of membership.

• A full refund of the deposit amount will be issued.

• Account credits used during the membership period will not be refunded.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the request.

• FUR: A VETRESKA Pet Store reserves the right to terminate a membership for any violation of these terms and conditions or misuse of membership benefits.

• Members with multiple enrolled pets may choose to cancel the membership for one or more pets while retaining memberships for others.

• FUR: A VETRESKA Pet Store reserves the right to change or modify the terms, benefits, or conditions of the.

• FUR VIP Paws program at any time without prior notice.

• Members will be notified of any significant changes.

• Member information collected will be used solely for program purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

• Members may receive communications related to the program.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
