MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
- The FUR VIP Paws Membership is open to all customers aged 18 and above.
- Each membership is registered under one primary pet parent account and may be shared across multiple pets within the same household.
- To enjoy member perks, all pets must be registered under the same account at the time of membership activation.
- Memberships are intended for personal use only. Commercial use or misuse, including applying benefits or credits to unregistered pets, will result in immediate termination without refund.

- Membership duration begins from the date of purchase.
- Memberships and their associated benefits cannot be extended beyond the stated validity period unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Unused credits and benefits will expire at the end of the membership term.
MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
- Applicable discounts are valid on standard-priced grooming services and retail merchandise only.
- All services and products are subject to price adjustments. Benefits and credits are applied at the prevailing rate at the time of use.
- Benefits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and subject to availability.
ACCOUNT CREDITS
- Prepaid deposits will be reflected as store credits usable only at FUR: A VETRESKA Pet Store locations in Singapore.
- Credits are valid for the duration of the membership term and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between members or pets.
- Any unused credits after expiry will be forfeited and are strictly non-refundable.
- Usage and balance are tracked internally. Members may request a transaction summary at any time. Any discrepancies must be raised within 14 days for review.
COMPLIMENTARY VOUCHERS FOR VETRESIKA & GIMMO
- Vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash or other brands unless otherwise stated.
- FUR is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or expired vouchers.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All memberships are non-refundable once activated, except under the following exceptional circumstances
and verifiable circumstances:
1. Pet's Passing
- Written request and veterinary documentation required.
- Refunds will be prorated based on remaining credits.
2. Permanent Relocation Overseas
- Written proof required (e.g., flight booking, visa, overseas lease).
- Refunds will be prorated accordingly.
3. Severe Medical Condition (Pet)
- A veterinarian's letter must confirm that grooming is no longer suitable.
- Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Cooling-Off Period (Within 7 Days of Purchase)
- If no services, credits, or complimentary items have been used, a full refund may be granted
upon written request.
Important Notes:
- A 10% administrative fee will apply to all approved refunds.
- If any credits have been used, refunds will be recalculated baseed on full a la carte pricing.
- Any complimentary perks redeemed (e.g., welcome gift, bonus credits, etc.) will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days upon approval.
- FUR reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the stated criteria.
MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION (ONE-TIME ONLY)
- Members may request a one-time suspension for up to 3 months due to temporary circumstances (e.g., pet surgery, extended travel).
- Requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval at FUR's discretion.
- If approved, membership validity will be extended accordingly.
TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
- FUR reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership due to misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of terms.
- Cancellation of one pet's membership will not affect others within the same household.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
- FUR may revise the membership benefits, pricing, or terms at any time.
Members will be notified of changes via email and/or in-store.
- Continued use of the membership after notification will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
DATA PRIVACY
- Personal data is collected solely for the purpose of membership administration and communication.
- FUR does not share member information with third parties without consent.
- Members may request to review or update their data at any time.
FORCE MAJEURE
- In the event of disruptions (e.g., government regulations, natural disasters), FUR reserves the right to pause or reschedule services.
- Membership validity extensions may be granted at FlUR's discretion.
GOVERNING LAW
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
